When the System Failed Me, I Chose to Rise.
Let’s just start there. I was the kid who always felt off. Since I was a baby, I couldn’t digest anything, not breast milk, not formula, always sick… Then it was the headaches, constant tummy aches, high anxiety I couldn’t explain. We were told it was normal, not much to do about it. That I was just sensitive. "Fine."
Spoiler alert? I wasn’t.
Fast forward to my 20s : I was living in Paris, working in a high-pressure media career that looked glamorous on the outside but was burning me out from the inside. I was running on coffee, stress, very little sleep, eating whatever I could grab while working insane hours at a job where I was dealing with harassment -> Naturally, in this state of high chronic stress, I was constantly sick, in pain and dealing with anxiety and depression. I couldn’t count the number of doctors appointment I attended in that decade. One after the other, telling me that it was “In your head / Just stress / You’re just fine” and feeding me pills like candies. And so, slowly but surely, my career took off but my body broke down.
Because that’s what we’re taught, right? Keep going. Push harder. Be strong.
Until your body says: Enough.
That moment came for me when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Suddenly, everything stopped. And all I got was a list of medications with a long list of side effects, and a very hopeful: "This is only gonna get worse. Nothing you can do about it."
But something in me said NO.
No to living in fear. No to being dismissed again. No to believing that this was my future.
So I did what I do when someone tells me I can’t: I said, "Watch me."
I spent the next year researching, studying, asking questions, investing in my health and seeking out the kind of care I never received. I graduated in Psychology, and then became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I started applying what I learned to my own life, and everything changed...
Today? I feel better than I EVER have : more energy, no pain, deep sleep, clear skin, sharp focus, happy! And that’s because I finally learned how to support my body instead of silencing it.
Getting this knowledge and incredible transformation in my health felt like I was sitting on a pile of gold… But still watching people around me go through the same pain I knew too well… No one should have to feel confused, dismissed, or broken when their body is simply asking for support. This work is my way of turning pain into purpose.
So now, I help others reclaim their health and their life, too.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is not about diets or restriction. It’s about root cause healing.
This means:
No one-size-fits-all plans
No 10-minute appointments
No pill for every symptom
Instead, we dive deep into YOUR unique story : your history, habits, lifestyle, symptoms, stress, sleep, diet... And from there, we rebuild. We look at your gut, your nervous system, your hormones, your nutrition. We listen to what your body is saying, and we create a plan that supports healing at the root.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about progress, self-awareness, and real transformation.
So if you’re sick of being dismissed, if you’re tired of chasing symptoms, and if you’re ready to feel like yourself again (or maybe for the first time ever…),
