Booking a workshop with Nutrition by Stella means a space has been reserved for you, and venue costs confirmed. To be fair to everyone involved (including other participants) the following policy applies to all workshop bookings.
Cancellation Policy — Workshops
Cancellation Policy : More than 14 days before the workshop
Full refund, returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Between 7 and 14 days before the workshop
50% refund, or your full ticket value transferred to a future workshop date whichever you prefer.
Less than 7 days before the workshop
No refund. However your ticket can be transferred to a friend or carried over to a future workshop date, provided you let us know at least 48 hours before the session begins. After that point, the ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
No-shows
Non-refundable.
If Nutrition by Stella cancels or reschedules
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date, whichever works best for you.
