Your gut has been trying to tell you something.
It's time to listen.
For women who are tired of being told their bloating, pain, unpredictable digestion, or other digestive symptoms are “normal”…
You've been told it's IBS, stress, it’s common.... You've tried cutting things out… You've learned to live with it.
But common does NOT mean normal.

Here's what nobody tells you.
The more you understand your own body, the less you have to depend on a system that often doesn't have the time, or the tools, to look deeper.
That knowledge is yours to have. And once you have it, everything shifts.
You stop guessing. You stop waiting for permission to feel better. You start making informed decisions about your own health → today, not when it gets worse.
That's what this workshop is for.
What we’ll cover
In two hours together, we'll go through how digestion works and what's actually happening in your gut.
We'll look at why digestive symptoms are so often dismissed, how your gut connects to your mood, your energy, your skin and your immunity, and what simple nutrition shifts can make a real difference.
You'll leave understanding your body better than most anyone has ever explained it to you. And you’ll have the space to ask all of your questions in a space where we really listen, and around other women with the exact same issues.
What you'll walk away with
Join if you…
Bloat regularly and have no idea why
Feel exhausted after meals instead of energised
Struggle with food reactions that seem to keep multiplying
Have been told your test results are fine but you don't feel “fine”.
Suspect your gut is connected to your skin, mood, or energy and want to understand how
Are ready to take an active role in understanding your own body
Want real answers in plain language, not more prescriptions to manage symptoms…
Your ticket includes:
Two hours of workshops with Stella and a small group of people like you, who want to improve their health and increase their knowledge about nutrition and the body.
A workbook to use during and after the session. We start connecting the dots between your habits and your symptoms together during the workshop.
A food and mood journal built into the workbook. The same model I use with my private clients to start connecting your own patterns, and a model you can keep using long after the workshop.
A special surprise if you want to go deeper… See below.
Ready to go deeper?
If you'd like to explore your own health further, book a Root-Cause Nutrition Assessment or a Root-Cause Reset programme within 30 days of the workshop and your ticket price (444 kr) will be credited toward it.
This workshop is the beginning of a conversation, not the end of one. 🤍
“I joined Stella’s workshop and I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
She shared a lot of knowledge about blood sugar level and gave us useful tips for composing well-rounded meals! (I used it straight away while preparing my lunch!)
I really appreciate, that there was enough of time for participant’s questions. She created a cozy gentle space, I felt very welcomed to be there.” - Ewa

About your host
I'm Stella, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specialising in gut health, inflammation and chronic symptoms. I am myself living with an autoimmune disease (MS) and I’ve walked the path of dealing with chronic symptoms and looking for answers for decades.
Today, I work with women whose symptoms are real but whose answers from conventional medicine have run out. The workshops are the base of the work I do every day with my clients, rooted in science, free of judgment, and focused on you as a whole person.
Why hosting easy access workshops ?
Because I believe that the information I share about health and nutrition shouldn’t be a well kept secret, it shouldn’t be only for a few, it should be public knowledge.
I believe that in the age of chronic diseases that we live in today, everyone should be able to make their own informed decision about their health, instead of putting all decisions in the hands of others.
I believe these basics of nutrition should be taught in school. But since they are not, it’s up to us to learn today, because it might just change our entire life… Like it changed mine.
